Amanda Leigh Huish, 33, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on April 3, 2024. Born in Glendale, Arizona on July 12,1990, she is the daughter of Gary Blair Huish and Pat Collinsworth Huish.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2024, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 325 W Coral Gables Dr, Phoenix, Arizona. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 10:15 a.m.

Burial and graveside services will be held at Providence Cemetery in Ringgold, Louisiana April 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

Amanda was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a child she loved going to Primary and especially singing the Primary songs. In her high school years she attended seminary, went to girls camp in the summers, and participated in a pioneer trek.

She attended Thunderbird High School in Phoenix. Most of all, Amanda excelled at having fun and especially spending time with family and her many friends. Her other passion was her dogs, Taco, Zoey, Bella, Arya, and Lucy.

She loved her job as a manager at Family Services Aides. She spoke highly of her coworkers and especially enjoyed serving and assisting the children.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Jack and Karma Andersen Huish, Harold Collinsworth, her aunt Annette Huish, and her uncle Paul Huish.

She is survived by her immediate family and close friends, Gary Blair Huish and Pat Collinsworth Huish, Margaret Woods Collinsworth, Marie Grey, Wendy Young, Rilee Aleson, Sydnee Young, Erik DeVoe (former husband) and Cole Doughty (significant other). She also has numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who mourn her death.
